The PhD position is centred on an interdisciplinary project
about extracting, from a recently engineered
crystal film with unique optical properties,
robust identifiers for objects that interface digital systems,
and about designing and verifying innovative secure authentication
protocols using it.
This research is part of an interdisciplinary project
together with Physics and Material Science,
and it has potential for breakthrough results.
The research will be conducted in the research group
APSIA (Applied Security and Information Assurance)
led by Prof. Dr. Peter Y.A Ryan.
